This guideline is binding for all changes in production systems that may have an impact on business operations.

# Risk Analysis

Before applying changes to the production system, a risk analysis is necessary.

Are our business operations interrupted due to this change?
- Yes?
  - Define a rollout window(s) before or after the main business hours.
  - Announce the change min. one day in advance
  - Approve the rollout plan with your teamleader

A change with significant risk or impact on our customer or colleges has to be announced in Teams>Downtime

Announce the planed change min. one day in advance and give an update when you start and have successful finished.
